Eligibility

Applicants must be citizens/refugees of an eligible Commonwealth country, permanently resident in an eligible Commonwealth country, hold the required first degree by September 2027, and be unable to afford UK study without the award.

Eligible nationalities

Eligible low and middle income Commonwealth countries.

Apply through CSC Central and the relevant nominating body. Nominators may set earlier internal deadlines.
